Don't forget that you need to:
- turn in your medical and parent consent forms
- turn in your pay-to-play fee at the main office
- return your student info form to your squad coach

** Judges for kickoff--
- Each team member is responsible for getting 2 judges for the kickoff tournament on November 1.
- Pick up one of the orange judge forms from my room if you don't have one yet.
- Due by this Friday, October 24.
